I'm an entrepreneur to my core. I care deeply about compounding knowledge, relationships, systems, and ownership. Quickly approaching two decades building across capital-intensive environments like land development, infrastructure, and building projects; I've learned what breaks, what scales, and what actually moves outcomes. I've raised capital, closed complex deals, shipped outcomes, made partners money, and exited businesses. My approach is simple: only play long-term games with aligned incentives and disciplined capital.
I don't want a life where a job title or industry becomes my whole story. I want the freedom to follow real problems, build, learn, and iterate with better taste and judgment. The compounding I care about isn't confined to one domain because incentives, capital, and execution show up everywhere in life. So I keep my range broad and current across finance, macro, AI and automation, geopolitical and societal forces shifting capital flows, and the habits of execution that separate plans from results.

Curiosity is my edge, but it is not just random. I enjoy making sense of what's new, underappreciated, or misunderstood but shaping the world around us. I'm drawn to study the forces changing how people live, work, and rotate capital. I'm comfortable being a beginner again and again, knowing it's the cost of being early.
Discipline is how I avoid curiosity drifting aimless. I spend a lot of time doing the unsexy work, reading, listening, analyzing data, and sitting with ideas. I try to reason from first principles, and I'm comfortable treating the future as probabilities, not certainty. The point is to put attention and curiosity where it compounds, not just where it's hot and interesting today.
